Gaetano – A Singer/Songwriter/Producer/Guitarist from the Bronx, NY is making a very respectable name for himself as one of the premier rising talents in NYC. In an era of music that relies heavily on auto-tune and other tricks, Gaetano strips it down to the essentials. He showcases a soulful tone, stellar falsetto, and gorgeous electric guitar solos in his music. It’s the raw authenticity and passion behind his music that fans really connect with.

A recent production/writing placement on Ryan Leslie’s latest project is just another one of his many accolades. Track 8 – Sounds ft. Bobby V, showcases Gaetano’s creative melodic capabilities from a production standpoint. Gaetano has recently partnered up with some of NYC’s most notable producers to work on records for Shaggy, Fat Joe, and Jack Thriller.

Gaetano is also a polished live performer, and takes pride in sounding “just like the record” while performing live. He’s opened for some music industry heavy hitters – sharing the stage with artists like Musiq Soulchild, Carl Thomas, Eric Benet, & 112.

Gaetano credits much of his musical talent to his Italian upbringing as a child. He was just 6 years old when he recorded “O Paese Di O’Sole”, his first time ever being in the studio. He loves all types and styles of music. Everything from Andrea Bocelli, Carlos Santana – to Michael Jackson, D’Angelo, Stevie Wonder, Babyface, Justin Timberlake, Usher, and Pharrell.

Gaetano released his debut EP, “Fade Away,” in 2013, featuring production from Grammy Award Winning producer/songwriter Kaleb “K Quick” Rollins. The project also includes self-produced/written tracks from Gaetano. There’s a soulful and honest vibe carried throughout the entire album, and anyone who’s been on either side of love can relate and understand where Gaetano is coming from in his music.

His sophomore EP, “Acoustix,” was just released in October 2015. This acoustic, duet-influenced project is quint-essential Gaetano at its finest. Listeners can anticipate a swooning falsetto, beautiful harmonies, gorgeous guitar solos, and overall a well-produced piece of authentic music that definitely comes from the soul.
